Hi there! I’m Lucy, the CEO, founder, and head of security here at BePresent Sauna and Icebaths. I started this company because I wanted to spend more time with Isaac, our fantastic head cleaner, and help embrace a healthier lifestyle. Together, we create a warm environment, and sometimes very cold, where everyone can unwind and rejuvenate. Join us on this journey to wellness, and let’s make every moment count!

Meet Isaac, the head cleaner at BePresent Sauna & Icebahts. With keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a pristine environment, ensures that every corner of our facility shines. Working closely with Lucy the CEO, our founder and head of security, he plays the small role in upholding our commitment to cleanliness and sustainability. Together, they create an space for all our guests to enjoy.
